After logging into PRISM using your mail id and password, you can click on your profile icon on the top right corner to view the available options. 


 A dropdown list shows up when you click on the profile icon that includes My Account, Purchase History, Certificates, Refer & Earn, Help/Support, and Logout.




  • My Account will enable you to personalize your account.  


  • Purchase History gives information about the courses, programs and assessments you have purchased.


  • Refer & Earn details the steps to earn referral amounts every time one of your referrals enroll with a course.


  • Certificates will take you the official website where you will get all your completion certificates. 




  • Using Help/Support, you can reach out for any help you may need. 

  • Logout enables you to log out of the PRISM account whenever you wish.


On clicking My Account, you will be redirected to the Account setup page where you can add or edit your details to complete setting up your profile. 7.png


You can choose Add/Edit to enter the relevant details for personalizing your account.p2.png


Except your registered mail id, which will be populated automatically, you can edit all the remaining details in each section. You can even change your profile picture to make your profile more personal.
