Tags give you a chance to filter questions and answers specific to the skills relevant to a question. Watch tags will show only the discussions of the skills that are added, hence, it works like a filter. You can click on a tag to explore all the queries/discussions under it. Click the follow tag and you will be able notified every time a learner posts a query related to that particular tag.
