What are course assignments?
Assignments are graded medium-level assessments. The assignments for tech courses will include problems that are based on either code or input text. The code-based answers are auto-graded while text-based answers will be manually reviewed by our experts.
Assignments in each course are a good gauge of the learner’s understanding of the topic subject matter and concepts. These also help in realizing how well you have fared in the sub-skills covered in the assignment.
Learners may access the assignments either within the module or outside the module. It is mandatory to complete the assignments during the duration of the training.
Assignments are either auto-graded or manually graded by evaluators.
For manually graded assignments, you will have to upload the assignment on completion, following which, it will be taken up by our expert for review and grading.
Details of your Assignments including Score, Status (if completed/incomplete), etc can be viewed in the Study Plan Menu of My PRISM dashboard. You can view the Score and Report for your completed assignments by clicking on the View Report CTA.
For tech courses with auto-graded assignments, a problem statement will appear as a pop-up with instructions to follow during the assignment. You can enter the code in the editor, and check your result against the expected result. It will also have a specifications file that explains the design specifications of the end result. You can use the reset option to reset the entire code in the editor and display the initial code. If the assignment is auto-graded, the reports will be displayed instantly on submission of the assignment. For manually graded assignments, the user can see the report after the grading is done by evaluators.
